Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

• Cash returns are not possible however you may exchange the item as long as it is unused, unwashed and unaltered within 7 days of purchase.
• Exchanges are possible at any of Almas retail outlets or you may contact our helpline (042) 111-125-627 within working hours from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm for a pickup / exchange.
• Exchange will only be possible if accompanied by original receipt.
• If the price of any item purchased by you is reduced by us because of a Sale Promotion, then exchange will be done at the marked down new price.
• No claim of repair will be entertained unless it is lodged within 21 days from the date of purchase.
• Misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
• No claim of faulty merchandise or incorrect items received will be entertained unless it is lodged within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
• Merchandise purchased during promotional offer period will not be eligible for exchange.
• All accessories are non-exchangeable.
